Angst Sexfiend Tollmann is one of the most original thinkers of our age. He is a graduate of Foney University, an institution founded in 1893 by the Hero-Cola[1] magnate Josiah Foney. He is the leading practitioner in Psychoklinik, which is housed in a white chrome square building that is a model of modernist austerity. Its white linoleum interior is remarkably beautiful, almost as beautiful as the FATS shower rooms. It is highly exclusive. Dr. Tollmann himself bears a remarkable resemblance to Dr. Savanna, but is better dressed.
Tollmannian psychology is highly innovative. It maintains that the basic psychic drive is power (Drang nach Gewalt), and that the only way to attain power over oneself or others is through utter submission to Dr. Tollmann's psychotherapeutical program (or the Ring, as it's called informally). The basic goals of his therapeutic philosophy, in relation to society as a whole, may be summarised as world conquest, or Allgewalt.
Power takes two forms, physical and psychic, of which the latter is by far the more amusing (as Sauron knew). Psychische Allgewalt is the final end, although unfortunately this can only be wielded by one, who will be the master; the rest will all be slaves.
Dr. Tollmann's awareness of psychic phenomena is so advanced that he knows what you are thinking this moment as you read this. For nothing in the psychische Umwelt is unknown to him. It is, indeed, owing to his psychic journeys that Dr. Tollmann attained his unequalled knowledge of Middle-earth. Further, his radical psychological experiments, combining therapy with goeteia (which narrow-minded people call evil magic) led to the creation of usenet flame warrior zombies.
