The Morambarium
The Morambarium is temple and headquarter of Morambar Udunvagor (the Decider, Superior Wisdom Master, Keeper of the BUQ, UTSO and STEA, Leader of UFBAF etcetera etcetera), the undisputed head of FATS, the Fredonian Academy of Tolkien Studies. Through this post, Udunvagor practically rules the university town of Oxfat.
Udunvagor, a shadowy being of unknown origin, is reputed to have waged at least one major war in his home universe to impose his view of Tolkien and everything else on everyone else. Since his arrival in Fredonia, he seems to have mellowed a bit, though he still pulls some strings in Fredonia through his seat in the Royal Diet.
